Not for women only

Last fall, Cornell's Network of Enlightened Women (NeW) brought Christina Hoff Sommers to campus for a great talk.

This semester, Karin Agness, the founder of NeW, will be speaking on Wednesday, March 27th, at 6 PM, in Rockefeller 132 on the Cornell campus. The title of her talk is: "Conservatism and Feminism: Dividing Lines and Possibilities for Unity".

Karin is the Director of Academic Programs at the American Enterprise Institute in DC. She is an attorney, and received both her B.A. and J.D. from the University of Virginia. Karin was selected for the Forbes 30 under 30 list for Law and Policy.

Timely talk on women this Saturday, November 3rd, at Cornell

Did you know that there is a group of young conservative ladies at Cornell called the Network of Enlightened Women (NeW)? Well, there is.

This semester, NeW is bringing Christina Hoff Sommers to Cornell on Saturday, November 3rd, at 5:30pm in Hollis E. Cornell (HEC) auditorium in Goldwin Smith Hall. The title of Dr. Sommer's talk is "Education, the Sexes and Feminism: How the once-noble cause of feminism lost its way, and why it might take conservative women to get it back on track."

Sounds particularly timely in view of things like this, this, and this.
See you there.
